AFSE newsletter The Acorn
The AFSE Newsletter provides you with updates and insights about the association and training in the financial services education arena. It’s also your opportunity to connect with other AFSE members and disseminate information of interest to members. If you have something you would like to share with the AFSE community the newsletter is one place to do it. This is also the case if you have a current training concern to talk about, want to find others who are working in your area, or wish to keep up-to-date with the latest technology. Just email us at administration@afse.com.au for more information.
A number of AFSE members have taken on the responsibility to build alliances, source information and knowledge and establish resources that will help members in the following areas. They are:
- Technical Qualifications and vocational RTO organisations (Cara Edwards)
- Academia and research (Lydia Walker)
- Soft skills support and Vocational development (Mike Salter)
- Licensees interests, and internal education support (Leigh Wilby)
- Learning and technology (Arndria Seymour)
- Product knowledge and market insight (Anna Boyd-Boland)
The AFSE newsletter is published bi-monthly and will come out in February, April, June, August, October and December. The newsletter is sent to all members via email and also published on the website. Archived newsletters are available on the website, but available to AFSE members only.
